Nenthra Pazham Varattiyath/ Plantain Jam

Ingredients

  • Big banana - 250 gram
  • Jaggery - 100 gram
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon

Directions

Steam cook bananas and remove peel

Remove black seeds and grind it to smooth paste

Make jaggery syrup by melting jaggery in 1/4 cup of water

Heat ghee and add banana paste and jaggery

Cook on low flame until all water dried off and it seperates from pan

After cools down you can refrigerate in airtight container
