Indian Olive Pickle

Ingredients

  • Indian olive -150 gm
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon or as needed
  • Water - 2 cup or as needed
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Dried red chilly - 2
  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Fenugreek powder - 2 pinch
  • Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Directions

Cook indian olives by adding salt, turmeric powder in water

Heat oil and add dried red chilly, chilly powder, asafoetida powder, fenugreek powder and turn off the flame

Add vinegar and salt

Add cooked olives and mix well

You can use it after 1 day
